Cancelling your order


You may cancel your purchase within 7 days of order.

However, should your purchase be of a bespoke nature and it has entered production we must cover our costs and these will be discussed with you upon cancellation.

Should you cancel your purchase after 7 days you will be entitled to a 50% refund of your total order, less transport and administration fees. Cancellations must be made in writing or by email.

We reserve the right to cancel your order with KingsLog if we do not deliver to your area. If this is the case, we shall reimburse your payment within 30 days by cheque and notify you by email.

Paying for your purchase

KingsLog requires a 30% deposit for all orders, with the remaining balance settled prior to delivery. We accept cash, cheque or card payments.

If you wish to pay by cheque, we politely request that cheques are received 7 days prior to delivery, to allow them to be processed.

All goods will remain the property of KingsLog Ltd until the full balance has been settled.

Delivery

Delivery is limited to the UK Mainland only.
When it comes to the delivery of your purchase, we endeavour to avoid any eventualities however we cannot be held liable for damage to driveways, lawns or flower beds that are next to a narrow or difficult to access route.

KingsLog cannot be held liable for any financial losses due to delayed delivery or incomplete deliveries. It is essential that you check the reference on the delivery pack.

We will always aim to install your purchase on the same week of delivery, however this is not guaranteed.

Your warranty

All of our products come with a 12 month defective parts warranty to give you peace of mind, you must however ensure that all external timbers and the inside of the doors and windows are treated with a quality oil based preserver within 1 week of construction.

Your warranty will be invalid if we have not confirmed in documentation that the base work is of suitable standard, inappropriate use of the product and/or an alterations to the structure have taken place by a third party.

The warranty does not cover any “acts of God”. Please view our warranty guide to find out what your warranty covers.

Whilst KingsLog takes upmost care and consideration in the preparation and timely updates of the content of this website, product descriptions or prices may be subject to correction upon order confirmation.

All sizes quoted are provided during the manufacturing stage and are therefore approximate.

As the purchaser, it is your responsibility to obtain planning consent or make the necessary enquiries to your local planning authority.

Local authority regulations vary across the UK, therefore we are unable to give precise guidelines and advice.
